APPOINTMENTS

No, booking fees are non-refundable.

We require a minimum of 48hrs notice to reschedule your appointment. Appointments may be rescheduled a maximum of 2 times without incurring loss of your booking fee, and the transferable reschedule date to be within 3 months of the initial booking. All rescheduling can be done via your booking confirmation email.

Any cancellations within less than 48hrs prior to your appointment date and time or no shows will incur loss of their booking fee.

Yes, we offer free consultations! You can book a face to face consultation at one of our locations or send us pictures/ videos directly to our what’s app for an e-consult to save delays on your treatment date. Full consultations are also carried out prior to any treatment at your appointment.

Yes, if we have time. Generally appointments are back to back and need to be booked in advance to allow enough time for your chosen treatment.

The minimum patient age we can treat is 18yrs old, so please do bring your ID with you if you are under 25.

No, sorry, unfortunately due to the nature of the business we are not insured to allow children to come with you to your appointment. If you arrive with children, you will be asked to leave and forfeit your booking fee. We apologise in advance for the inconvenience.

Yes, but do let us know in advance so we can allocate enough time at your appointment.

We advise all clients to wait a minimum of 72hrs before flying. It is very rare for complications to occur, however in theses circumstances you would need to return to the clinic for an emergency reversal treatment.

Unfortunately we can not treat you while you are pregnant or breast feeding.

If you have any medical conditions, allergies or on medications please contact us to check suitability prior to booking.

We can not treat you while any infection is present, nor if you are taking antibiotics. Please make sure you reschedule your appointment to when you are fully recovered and allow at least 2 weeks after any course has been completed.

Please allow 3 weeks either side of the covid vaccination to your scheduled treatment date.

DERMAL FILLERS

Firstly, we will go through a thorough consultation with you, understanding your desired outcome and goals, we will then explain the treatment to you, what’s achievable, what’s not (depending on which your natural anatomy will allow) and check suitability for the treatment. We may also recommend alternative treatments if they are better suited to you and your facial proportions, and a treatment plan that may be required to achieve your desired outcome.  We will go through any questions you may have and discuss any concerns.

Numbing cream (if required) is provided to ensure comfort throughout. During your treatment we always make sure you’re at ease, provide stress balls if preferred, and take our time with nervous patients. We are never in a rush to get you out the door. We like to keep you involved throughout the treatment so together, we can achieve your desired result.

Once the treatment is complete, we check the treated area once again and make sure you are happy with the results. We then run through your aftercare advise with you & provide you with an aftercare leaflet for you to take home, along with contact details should you have any queries or concerns following your treatment.

Results are instant, however, due to swelling you will see the final result  2-3 weeks after the treatment.

Fillers generally last up to 12months, sometimes more. This varies on the area treated, the individual, lifestyle factors, and previous filler build up. This will all be discussed at your appointment.

 

Generally treatments take between 15-30mins to be carried out. If you are nervous and would like to take our time, then a bit longer. For filler packages, depending on the number of areas treated these will be sufficiently longer.

 

Please note. We generally need you at your appointment for about an hour to go through consultations and aftercare with you.

 

Most patients experience minimal pain, with treatment to the lips being more sensitive. This varies from each client depending on their own pain threshold and area being treated, from tear trough generally being almost painless, to lip filler patients generally experiencing light discomfort.

With Dermal fillers there may be swelling and/or bruising after the treatment (which is very normal). On average swelling fades within 72 hours, and bruising could take up to a fortnight.

Absolutely not! We adapt every treatment to individual requirements, changing the placement of facial fillers to enhance masculine features as well as feminine. Along with volume restoration for a very natural look to restore youthfulness in men and women.

 

 

Common side effects include bruising, swelling, tenderness and redness at the injection site, these generally subside within 1-2weeks. Although exercise should be avoided for 24-48hrs you should be able to return to work the same or following day.

HA Dermal fillers are a safe and effective way of enhancing features and although they are very rare, as with any injectable there is always a possible risk of a complication or reaction. Please contact us for any concerns and more information.

Although rare, complications can occur following dermal filler treatments.

Safety for our patients is our number 1 priority so we urge patients to get in touch straight away should you experience anything unusual following your treatment for us to check your symptoms, and make sure the necessary aftercare/ treatment is carried out if required.
